Inês de Andrade

I started my musical life in my earliest years... singing very much around home! When i was 10, i started to play the guitar and sing in a Portuguese Folk Band, playing all the traditional, portuguese music... yes, with portuguese guitars, bandolin, banjoo, cavaquinho and so on!

Two years later i went to the musical conservatory to play classical music, but... it was not my style, and about 4 years later, i bought an electric guitar and start to play it! But... in my deepest soul, i knew that i was here, in this world to sing..., i never had the greatest evolution playing, although i'm still playing electric guitar arround... not Zakk Wylde, but better then some self-called musicians! Time to time, i used to participate in "Fado" concerts, as an amateur "Fadista" singer.

So i dedicate my life to music as a hobby! I had a little rockish-band in my youth "No Way" (nothing of special) and a few years later a trio-band of blues, jazz and bossanova "Deep in Blues", where life separated us!

Now i'm a special guest of Antracite (some kind of Melodic Death Metal), where i sing a few liric and guthural vocals... i also started an acoustic project of voice and guitars, with Carlos, from Antracite, where we play biggest Rock/Metal covers (just a little bit more comercial that i would like to be, but is it not to scare the audience)!

My favorite gender of music turns arround many types, and sub-types of metal, trying all the time to go live concerts... just to have fun!

Nowadays, i'm trying to became a enthusiast in reef's and coral aquariophily... is taking time and pacience, but everything is turning to be a fine experience!
